Terms and Conditions Agreement for the Beyond The Noise Online Course.
This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Chess Edwards, and the user, hereinafter referred to as the "Participant" or “User."

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Beyond The Noise Online Course, the Participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If the Participant does not agree to these terms, they should not access or use the course.

2. Description of Services
The Beyond The Noise Online Course is an online educational program provided by Chess Edwards, offering a comprehensive video course aimed at providing guidance and instruction for The Participant to discover deeper inner peace and freedom.

3. Registration and Payment
Participants must register for the course through Chess Edwards's website and pay the applicable fees. Payment details, including the refund policy, are outlined on the website.

4. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Chess Edwards is committed to the satisfaction of the course Participants. If the Participant is not satisfied with the course, they may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a refund, the Participant must contact Chess Edwards' customer support at [email protected].

4.A Refund Terms
For all Beyond The Noise Course purchases, our 30 day full refund guarantee applies if our system shows that The Participant has not watched more than Module 1 of the course. If The Participant has viewed more of the course content than Module 1, no refunds can be granted.
Participant will receive a full refund of course price paid at time of purchase minus any payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase.

4.B Bundle Refund Terms
In the event that the membership portion of a course/membership bundle is refunded, and the course is retained, the paid membership fee will be refunded under the terms of the guarantee, minus the applied course discount that was applied with the bundle purchase.
ie: If the course portion of the bundle was discounted by $100 as a bonus for purchasing a bundle, the membership refund would be the paid membership price minus $100. Effectively removing the bundle course discount as the purchase would no longer be considered a bundle.

5. Refund Process
Upon receiving a refund request within the specified 30-day period, Chess Edwards will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Participant Obligations
Participants agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Not share or disclose their login credentials with others.
Abide by the rules and guidelines outlined in the course materials.
Use the course content solely for personal educational purposes.

7. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the Beyond The Noise Online Course is the intellectual property of Chess Edwards and is protected by copyright laws. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability
Chess Edwards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Beyond The Noise Online Course.

9. Modification of Terms
Chess Edwards reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the course after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, USA.
