A vital and alive spirit depends on a peaceful mind and a healthy and well nourished body.
This is a salad that gets rave reviews whenever I make it. And people love the fact that while they’re loving the taste they are also making the body really, really happy.
The emotional and spiritual impact of eating healthy, vibrant and nutritious food is powerful.
It is one of the best ways that we can honor ourselves and show our appreciation for life.

Delicious….thanks for making this video!!! Love all the lemons on your counter too.
Happy to do so. Its a joy to share my love of healthy, vibrant food.
Gotta’ tell’ya – just made the kale salad — I never liked kale, but his was really good and will be repeated. I substituted emmentaler for feta (not a fan of feta), garlic instead of scallions. Plus heirloom tomatoes and bought a slice of chicken breast at Whole Foods. Good, easy to make ‘guy’ salad. Thanx, again!
Right on George. I love how you dressed it up to fit your tastes. Yes, garlic is great for an uber healthy blood cleansing salad. I often will mix in chicken for the extra protein. So glad you liked it.
can’t wait to try it…I’ve always had a problem with the bitterness of kale – you addressed that very well. enjoyed the video….but mostly because it brought back a wonderful memory of that Idaho river trip…..thanx, Chess!
George!! How are you amigo? Ahhhh, those were the days. But then again, so are these!
Fond memories.
