Terms and Conditions Agreement for the Empowered Meditation Toolkit.
This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Chess Edwards, and the user, hereinafter referred to as the "Participant" or “User."

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Empowered Meditation Toolkit, the Participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If the Participant does not agree to these terms, they should not access or use the course.

2. Description of Services
The Empowered Meditation Toolkit is an online educational program provided by Chess Edwards, offering a simple video/audio course aimed at providing guidance for The Participant to strengthen and deepen their meditation practice.

3. Registration and Payment
Participants must register for the course through Chess Edwards's website and pay the applicable fees. Payment details are outlined on the website.

4. Refund Terms
If you have not watched more than 50% of the lessons included in the course, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

6. Participant Obligations
Participants agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Not share or disclose their login credentials with others.
Abide by the rules and guidelines outlined in the course materials.
Use the course content solely for personal educational purposes.

7. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the Empowered Meditation Toolkit is the intellectual property of Chess Edwards and is protected by copyright laws. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability
Chess Edwards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Empowered Meditation Toolkit.

9. Modification of Terms
Chess Edwards reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the course after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, USA.
